Forbidden

Written by Ren Michael

Think you’re workin’ for the devil
The way I watch you sway, the way I see you dance
What you and I got ain’t justified
And I know no one would understand
So these feelings I got inside I keep hidden
For I know you are forbidden

I see you standing outside that doorway, baby
Like a white knight ‘neath the gleaming stars
Can hardly move, can hardly breath
I try to speak as you grow so far
Still I feel a fire deep within
As I picture you breaking that door down and crashing in

But I know you are forbidden
You are forbidden

But I want you baby. Well I need you lady
I lust for you honey.  Yea I’m dying
Come to me baby.  I dream of you baby
Let me feel you now.  I’m flying
You strike like lightning baby
And you feel like a pounding rain
When I look at you (you look at me) and you say my name

I think of when I first saw you girl
If I’d have know then, I might’ve turned right around
To not think of you, not dream of you
Give me a way. Won’t you show me how?
And though it all feels like some kind of sin
I’d just as soon forget it all to see you come back again
But I know you are forbidden
You are forbidden baby

But I want you baby.  Well I need you baby
I lust for you honey.  Yea I’m dying
Come to me baby.  I dream of you lady
Let me feel you now.  I’m flying
You strike like lightning baby
And you feel like a pounding rain
When I look at you (you look at me) and you say my name
